Once again I am up late at night and the Hellicopter flying outside our window... it just left and the sense that something is terribly wrong with LA as a city if we need to be watched like ants from the air won't seem to go away... I should be sleeping and then I would have missed this fun all together. Steve, are you reading this??? Still have yet to turn in since Tuesday before Midnight. It is time to learn the value of sleep... ZZZ... Maybe I need to join the hot milk club before bedtime for oldies... or I need a better evening ritual...

Well cutting out a Lot of sweets for Lent should help some... no more donuts a Magees for now.
