We are all artists of our own lives. This art of life itself is meant to be shared. Come and share the ramblings of a poet / pastor / prophet ...and ordinary person...

Today I am thinking about "bullet time". Not in the movie sense like The Matrix... but in real life. A friend from our neighborhood has lost his brother to a policeman's bullet. He was never on the "right side" of the law. Bullet time is unforgiving. I am a pastor. My joy is to help people down the road of forgiveness, reconciliation, and redemption. I am glad today as our celebration of Easter aproaches... That Jesus died publically between two thieves... One of these thieves found grace there... I hope and pray that our friend found grace in "bullet time". Pray for me as I will have a chance to offer some thoughts and prayers in a memorial service as we seek to celebrate a life lived -- even life that ends on a cross or "bullet time".
